No Minimum Hours
The ultimate flexibility. Unlike other agencies we don't require you to buy a minimum of 10 hours a month or huge buckets of hours. We operate on a pay-as-you-play basis and we're proud of it. Use your VA as much or as little as you require to ensure your business thrives.

We have team members all over the world as many enjoy the freedoms of being a VA. All our of team members are native English speakers.

Once you have decided we're the right fit for you, the process looks like so:
- Contract. We'll both sign a working contract to outline payment terms, how we work together and other legal bits & bobs.
- Set up call. This where we nail down the tasks you want to outsource, build SOPs and share access to everything we need.
- Commence working. We advise meeting your VA for 15 - 30 mins once a week to delegate tasks.
- 2 Week Check In. One of our team leaders (not your VA) will arrange a call to ensure you're happy and to help you outsource anything else needed.
- Monthly Check Ins. We run monthly check in with all of our clients to ensure they're happy!

If you're unhappy with your VA we will happily train up a new team member (at our cost) to take over. We will work to make this as seamless as possible for you!
